The SRLSonline report scores respondents against the 8 values of the Social Change Model (SCM). It explains what each of the measures mean and how people may demonstrate these values in daily life.
This report highlights each individual’s or group’s leadership strengths (highest scores) and areas of growth (lowest scores). Resources for improving each leadership capacity are provided, including practical tips, books and articles, and other media.
It puts these scores in context by comparing them against results from over 50,000 SRLS respondents from across the country.
Depending on the type of report, respondents may also be compared against other populations:
Individual License Reports The Individual-License report compares respondents against SRLS respondents that are demographically similar (based on gender and race/ethnicity), in addition to comparing them against the national sample.
Site License Reports
- Individual Site License Report
Individuals who respond to the SRLSonline questionnaire through a Site License each receive a personalized report comparing them against the national sample. The report also compares these respondents against the aggregate scores of the Site License group.
- Administrator Site License Report
Site License administrators receive a report that compares the groups’ aggregate scores against those of the national sample.
