| Report Delivery
SRLSonline reports are delivered electronically. They are in PDF format and must be opened with Adobe® Reader®. To download the latest version of Adobe® Reader®, please click here.
Individual License
Individual-License users receive their report within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire. These reports are delivered via e-mail to the person who responds to the survey.
Site License Reports
Site License reports are sent approximately 3-5 days after the Site License closes.
Individual Site License Reports are delivered directly to respondents via e-mail. If respondents do not provide their e-mail address, their reports are delivered to the Site License administrator. The Administrator Site License Report is sent to the administrator via e-mail.
